What you can expect
- In terms of successful succession planning, you will find new challenges within your traditional personality and take on new management tasks for our corporate clients in the areas of credit, payment services and electronic banking.
- You accompany SMEs in the context of company succession planning and focus on sustainable corporate client support.
- In our region, you are the first point of contact for succession planning.
- You enjoy advising and supporting our regional corporate customers actively, competently and in line with their needs.
- You understand the different business models of corporate clients and find business solutions.
- It is important for you to take the time to develop a tailor-made solution in dialog with clients, consultants, accountants and auditors (tax, legal, business and financial).
- As a corporate client advisor at AKB, you understand and support the business challenges of our clients so that corporate clients, companies and entrepreneurs feel they are in the right place with us.
- You are part of the AKB change team as well as external change projects and are involved in adjustments/processes to maintain our bank's ability to change and support companies and entrepreneurs to join AKB.
What you bring with you
- You have a banking and/or business management qualification, ideally with professional experience in the banking sector (e.g. as a relationship or corporate client advisor).
- You have sound specialist knowledge and several years of experience in the area of basic services, as well as in complex special topics in the area of credit and mortgages.
- Ideally, you already have some experience in advising on succession planning and with our property or securities management services.
- You appreciate opportunities for change combined with more challenge.
- Do you need a sustainable break because you have been able to maintain a lively exchange with your team, be it in our daily or other regional Work Smarte opportunities.
- Teamwork is important to you; you are an independent and long-term oriented person.
- Ideally, you are already familiar with the context at home and our customers and already have experience in ensuring that the fulfillment of SMEs in the region.
