Aargauische Kantonalbank is looking for a Corporate Client Advisor with a focus on succession planning to support and advise regional corporate clients on succession planning. The position is based in Rheinfelden and offers part-time employment of 80-100%.

Tasks
- To ensure successful succession planning, close cooperation with the legal, tax and insurance specialists in our new Corporate Clients department is important.
- You are part of the SME team, which primarily deals with the financing of SMEs.
- You advise SMEs on succession planning and help them find a suitable corporate client advisor.
- In our region, you are the first point of contact for succession planning.
- You will enjoy advising and supporting our regional corporate customers actively, competently and in line with their needs.
- You understand the different business models of corporate clients and find creative and innovative solutions.
- The figures are no problem for you, because bookkeeping, balance sheet analysis and the calculation of key figures (earnings, balance sheet and rating ratios) are child's play for you.
- You understand the challenges as a corporate client advisor at Aargauische Kantonalbank in our new, cross-divisional cooperation, so that corporate clients, companies and entrepreneurs feel they are in the right place with us.
Requirements
- You have a professionally relevant and/or relevant university education (e.g. HWV, Master in Banking or Corporate Finance from a recognized university).
- You have sound specialist knowledge and several years of experience in the area of basic services, as well as in mortgage and credit financing.
- Ideally, you already have some experience in advising on succession planning and have completed recognized further training as a specialist for corporate clients.
- Teamwork is a must for you.
- You are familiar with the needs and challenges of SMEs and already have some experience with SMEs and entrepreneurs, or you can recruit them for AKB.
- You are an SME all-rounder and have initial experience as a sales partner and have already gained some experience in advising on succession planning and/or have completed appropriate further training as a corporate client advisor.
