What you can expect

• In terms of successful succession planning, experienced personalities quickly integrate our new team members into a new team environment and support you in taking on responsibility and developing your potential as part of your main job.
• You support SMEs from the granting of corporate loans to succession planning and focus on sustainable corporate client relationships.
• In our region, you are the first point of contact for succession planning.
• You enjoy advising and supporting your regional corporate customers actively, competently and in line with their needs.
• You understand the different business model, economic, legal, tax and business management issues.
• Time planning is an important success factor for you and our clients. You bundle and prioritize the activities (credit, balance sheet and rating issues).
• You understand and master AKB's corporate customer rating as a core competence, so that corporate customers and business customers feel they are in good hands with us.
• You are an AKB event and external event organizer and network with potential and current corporate clients and entrepreneurs to win them over to AKB.

What you bring with you

• You have completed a bank apprenticeship and/or a vocational apprenticeship/ Matura/ Master's degree (HF/ Meisterlehre/lic. oec. HFR).
• You have sound specialist knowledge and several years of experience in the area of Basel II/III, in particular with SMEs, as well as commercial experience in advising SMEs in Germany and abroad.
• Ideally, you already have some experience in advising on succession planning and related topics such as succession planning or M&A transactions.
• You are a good communicator and team player.
• Working in a team with Diana, Michael, Angela, Boris, Veronica, Lucas and many more is a natural and solution-oriented way of working for you.
