What you can expect

• You accompany SMEs in the context of corporate lending and focus on succession planning and help clients in their search for succession support.
• In our region, you are the first point of contact for succession planning.
• You enjoy actively, intensively and competently supporting and advising these regional corporate customers.
• You understand the various business model, economic, legal, business management and tax contexts.
• You understand the role and market potential as a corporate client advisor in AKB's corporate client business. You are also prepared to actively commit yourself to this cross-divisional challenge at AKB.
• You are involved in AKB change processes and external change processes and are prepared to deal with the challenges of these change processes.

What you bring with you

• You have a banking and/or business administration qualification, experience in corporate banking and/or a similar role.
• You have sound specialist knowledge and several years of experience in the area of basic services and complex financing.
• Ideally, you already have some experience in advising on succession planning and have completed appropriate further training as a succession consultant.
• You appreciate opportunities for change combined with more challenges.
