What awaits you

• You support SMEs in the form of company takeovers through to succession planning and focus on sustainable company takeovers.
• In our regions, you are the first point of contact for succession planning.
• You enjoy advising and supporting your regional corporate customers actively, in partnership and in line with their needs.
• You understand the different business models of SMEs, from services to the manufacturing industry.
• The flexibility in terms of time and location for analyzing the balance sheet of SMEs (credit, balance sheet and rating analysis) is not an issue for you.
• You understand the opportunities and challenges as a corporate client advisor at AKB in the corporate client sector and are willing to learn continuously so that corporate client relationships can develop further.
• You are looking for a new challenge and are interested in succession planning for SMEs.
• You deal with AKB matters and external sales partners and are involved in the support, analysis and selection of potential and selected prospective buyers.

What you bring with you

• You have a banking and/or business administration qualification (e.g. Bankfachwirt/BWI; Master's degree in Banking or Corporate Finance from a recognized university).
• You have sound specialist knowledge and several years of experience in the field of basic services, e.g. in administration, as a Komor or as a company consultant/secretary.
• Ideally, you already have some experience in supporting succession planning and have a strong background in banking-related topics.
