What you can expect

• You support SMEs in all phases, from the establishment of financing to succession planning, and focus on sustainable corporate client consulting.
• In our regions, you are the first point of contact for succession planning.
• You enjoy advising and supporting your regional corporate customers actively, competently and in line with their needs.
• You understand the different business models of corporate clients and find data-driven solutions.
• Our core competencies include analyzing the balance sheets of SMEs and the valuation and restructuring of companies (including "exit", "buy and restructuring" approaches).
• As an AKB corporate client advisor, you understand the market and look for companies that are ready to talk to you so that corporate clients, companies and entrepreneurs at AKB can turn to you.
• You are active in AKB's external sales force and at external events, and you motivate new company directors and owners, CEOs and board members as well as entrepreneurs to join AKB.

What you bring with you

• You have a banking and/or business management qualification, ideally you are a banking specialist (HF; Bankfachwirt/in) by profession or have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (in) Banking or Corporate Finance from a recognized university.
• You have sound specialist knowledge and several years of experience in the area of basic services, both in the back and front office.
• Ideally, you already have some experience in advising on succession planning and a strong interest in further training to become a specialist in Swiss succession planning.
