- In the spirit of successful succession planning, we are offering you the opportunity to join a new team as a Corporate Client Advisor with a focus on succession planning to support our clients in change processes and the long-term development of sustainable relationships.
- You accompany SMEs in the context of company succession planning and focus from the analysis to a sustainable corporate client relationship.
- In our region, you are the first point of contact for succession planning.
- You will enjoy actively advising and supporting our regional corporate customers in a spirit of partnership and in line with their needs.
- You understand the different business models of corporate clients and find customized solutions. The time frames are tight, so in addition to coordination and analyzing the balance sheet of SMEs (credit, balance sheet and rating issues), good time management is also required.
- You understand that succession planning is often complex and that corporate client support is an important referral market so that corporate clients can also turn to AKB as a reliable partner.
- You are very sociable and have a large network.
- You are or become part of the AKB - Advisory as well as external events to gain new impulses.
- You support our customers in developing solutions that meet the needs of our corporate customers and entrepreneurs for AKB.
What you bring with you
- You have a banking and/or market-oriented basic education (e.g. diploma in banking, BSc BFE, MAS in Banking) or another relevant education.
- You have sound specialist knowledge and several years of experience in the area of basic services, e.g. in financial or investment advice for private clients or corporate finance for companies.
- Ideally, you already have some experience in advising on succession planning and have a strong understanding of the sustainable development of companies.
- You are a key figure in succession planning; you may even have already acquired a few mandates.
- You appreciate it when you can maintain a lively exchange with your team, be it in our consultancy or others, or when you are often present at the same location.
- You will work 80-100% at our Rheinfelden location, ideally also at other locations.
