• In terms of successful succession planning, we offer you the opportunity to start in a new team and work with an experienced corporate client advisor and a successor team.
• You support SMEs in the transition from company to succession planning and focus on sustainable corporate client relationships.
• In our division, you are the first point of contact for succession planning.
• You enjoy actively and professionally revitalizing and advising these people according to their needs.
• You understand the different business models of corporate clients and find creative solutions.
• Collaboration with the Credit, Investments, Advisory and Reporting divisions (cash, letters and reporting).
• You understand the role and challenges of a corporate client advisor at AKB compared to other banks.
• You have a strong network to support succession in SMEs and family businesses, even at AKB or in external networks.

What you bring with you

• You have a basic banking and/or commercial qualification (e.g. banking specialist; MAS Business; HWV; M.B.A.).
• You have sound specialist knowledge and several years of experience in the field of basic services, e.g. from a commercial perspective.
• Ideally, you already have some experience in advising on succession planning and have a close network of local tax advisors.
• You are open to change and have a high ability to learn and adapt.
• You value teamwork and motivate an independent and solution-oriented way of working.
