Corporate Client Advisor (m/f)

Job description

Your tasks:

• Active and passive management of a corporate client and real estate portfolio in accordance with the corresponding target agreements and management standards
• Developing financing approaches and credit assessment and loan processing, primarily for corporate customers and real estate customers, occasionally also private customer loans
• Cross-selling of investment, deposit and pension solutions
• Collaboration of the subordinate assistant
• Role model function for junior corporate client advisors as well as mentoring and coaching

Your profile:

• Completed banking apprenticeship and preferably further training at FH or HF level (preferably with a focus on banking, finance or business administration)
• Several years of experience in the corporate client business of a bank
• Good understanding of balance sheets for the preparation of financial analyses and ratings and their assessment
• Excellent communication skills, very good negotiation skills and natural sales and acquisition skills
• Special interest in the corporate/real estate client business of a bank, as well as enjoy working closely together in a well-organized team that relies on each other
• Willingness to develop personally and professionally
• Excellent service mentality and an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
• Excellent self-organization, sense of prioritization and interest and empathy for working in a team and leading others
