Tasks

• You keep our company customers' backs free and inspire them with our service
• Your work makes a valuable contribution to the customer experience
• Investigating and documenting transactions in connection with combating money laundering
• Creating and checking customer profiles (KYC)
• You provide competent information on various processes to internal bank colleagues
• With your IT-savvy nature, you will work on optimizing the processing of our customer questions in order to offer entrepreneurs an even better service in the future

Requirements

• Banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Advanced completed training (HF or FH) or in training for this
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in finance
• You have an enthusiasm for customer contact by phone and for SME customers
• Experience in compliance and/or anti-money laundering is a plus
• You are independent, solution-oriented and a team player
• High customer orientation and a very communicative manner characterize you
