Corporate Account Manager: Construction/Real Estate Market Switzerland 80% - 100% | Sales and Customer Service | Zurich / Remote | Experienced Professionals

Tasks

• Acquisition and support of large construction/real estate companies based outside the Zurich economic area, primarily in German-speaking Switzerland
• Support for existing and new customers
• Review, processing, and approval of complex financing applications, as well as monitoring of customers/credit commitments from a yield and risk perspective
• Identifying potential in the areas of financing, investments, cash management, and other banking services
• Cross-functional work to ensure holistic customer development and implement cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

• Advanced training (specialist certificate, HF, Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification)
• Several years of experience and proven expertise in the financing business, ideally in the construction/real estate customer segment
• Passion and determination to acquire new customers and portfolios in a targeted manner
• Review, processing, and approval of complex financing applications, as well as monitoring of customers/credit commitments from a yield and risk perspective
• Identifying potential in the areas of financing, investments, cash management, and other banking services
• Cross-functional work to ensure holistic customer development and implement cross-selling opportunities
