Job description

Your tasks

• Supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs according to their needs in all basic services
• Direct contact with exponents of SMEs and independent processing of their inquiries - by telephone & digitally
• Structured identification and exploitation of potential or targeted referral to the appropriate advisory team
• Providing a quality of service that inspires customers
• Answering internal bank inquiries about your areas of expertise
• Detecting and documenting facts in connection with the fight against money laundering
• Collaboration in the continuous improvement of our processes to increase customer satisfaction

Your profile

• Banking apprenticeship or several years of professional experience
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in finance
• Enthusiasm for telephone and digital customer contact
• A high love of orientation and a communicative nature
• Very good written and spoken German, good English skills an advantage
