As a corporate client advisor at a direct bank, you are responsible for supporting over 70,000 corporate clients and their exponents in all basic services. You process customer inquiries, identify potential and refer customers to advisory teams in a targeted manner.

Your tasks
- Supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs according to their needs in all basic services
- Direct contact with exponents of SMEs and independent processing of their inquiries - by telephone & digitally
- Structured identification and exploitation of potential or targeted referral to the appropriate advisory team
- Providing a quality of service that inspires customers
- Answering internal bank inquiries about your areas of expertise
- Detecting and documenting facts in connection with combating money laundering
- Collaboration in the continuous improvement of our processes to increase customer satisfaction
Your profile
- Banking apprenticeship or several years of professional experience
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in finance
- Enthusiasm for telephone and digital customer contact
- High level of orientation and a communicative manner
- Very good written and spoken German, good English skills an advantage
