Tasks

• As a corporate client advisor at the start-up desk, you will provide comprehensive support and advice to innovative start-ups based throughout Switzerland on financing, investments, pensions, financial services and cash management and assist them in their development
• Together with your team colleagues, you identify and acquire new start-ups throughout Switzerland and recognize their needs
• Your communicative nature and competent demeanor enable you to build up a comprehensive network of relationships and expand customer relations in a targeted and consistent manner
• You work across departments to implement holistic customer development while utilizing cross-selling opportunities
• Your area of responsibility will also include the review, application and approval of corporate client advisors in the "Start-up Desk" market Switzerland

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial flair and enjoyment of a dynamic customer environment
• Advanced further training (specialist certificate, HF, Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification) or in training for this
• Several years of experience and expertise in the area of corporate clients
• Ideally, you already have a network in the Swiss start-up ecosystem
• Good knowledge of English, French or Italian an advantage
• Your knowledge of all corporate banking transactions (financing, investments, pensions, cash management, etc.) is an added bonus
• With your above-average sales and service orientation, you provide impetus every day
• Your openness & passion for comprehensive support and acquisition of new start-ups is palpable
• You enjoy communicating with customers, start-up stakeholders and internal partners at eye level
