Firmkundenberater:in Direktbank 60% - 100% | Direktbank / Service Center, Vertrieb und Kundenberatung | Zürich | Berufserfahrung

Tasks

• Selbstständige Erbringung von telefonischen und persönlichen Beratungen sowohl für Firmekunden (Unternehmens- und Immobilienfinanzierungen, Geldverkehr, Anlagen, Vorsorge) als auch für private Anliegen der Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmer (Immobilienfinanzierungen, Anlagen, Vorsorge)
• Reviewing, applying for and approving financing (incl. mortgages, leasing and loans) as well as reviewing credit exposures
• Aktive Bedürfniss- und Potenzialabklärung sowie strukturierte Potenzialerkennung und -ausschöpfung mit Hilfe unserer digitalen Beratungsplattform

Requirements

• Banking apprenticeship or equivalent training with relevant banking experience
• Höhere Weiterbildung oder in Ausbildung dazu (Fachausweis HF, Bachelor oder vergleichbarer Abschluss im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft/ Banking und Finance)
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanzierungs- und Anlagemanagement
• Enthusiastic about ideas and challenges from corporate clients
• Communicative personality with experience in advising customers over the phone and in face-to-face meetings
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
