Your tasks

• Team support for entrepreneurs and SMEs according to their needs in all basic services
• Direct contact with exponents of SMEs and independent processing of their inquiries - by telephone and digitally
• Structured identification and exploitation of potential or targeted referral to the appropriate advisory team
• Providing a quality of service that inspires customers
• Answering internal bank inquiries about your areas of expertise
• Tasks in connection with money laundering/receiving payments
• Collaboration in the continuous improvement of our processes to increase customer satisfaction

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship (preferably in the banking sector) or several years of professional experience in the financial sector
• Enthusiasm for telephone and digital customer contact
• Interest in corporate client business
• High customer orientation and a communicative manner
• Very good written and spoken German, good English skills an advantage
