As a corporate client advisor at Direktbank, you are responsible for providing needs-based support to over 70,000 corporate clients and their exponents in all basic services. You look after entrepreneurs and SMEs, recognize potential and provide a high quality of service.

Your tasks
- Team support for entrepreneurs and SMEs according to their needs in all basic services
- Direct contact with exponents of SMEs and independent processing of their inquiries - by telephone and digitally
- Structured identification and exploitation of potential or targeted referral to the appropriate advisory team
- Providing a quality of service that inspires customers
- Answering internal bank inquiries about your areas of expertise
- Tasks in conjunction with water damage settlement
- Collaboration in the continuous improvement of our processes to increase customer satisfaction
Your profile
- Commercial apprenticeship (preferably in the banking sector) or several years of professional experience in the financial sector
- Enthusiasm for telephone and digital customer contact
- Interest in corporate client business
- High customer orientation and a communicative manner
- Very good written and spoken German, good English skills an advantage
