- Several years of professional experience in real estate (asset/portfolio management, real estate development, or similar)
- Completed university/technical college education in the field of real estate
- In-depth knowledge of the Espaces Mittelland real estate market
- Strong analytical skills and financial knowledge
- Entrepreneurial, independent, and responsible approach to work
- Good knowledge of French
