Trainer/coach, "Training Lab"
Banque Migros is seeking a "Training Lab" trainer/coach (50% position) to support the team through regular training and feedback, with the aim of providing excellent financial advice. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, training in adult education, and a very good command of French.

At our company, you’ll play an active role in fostering a culture of excellence in customer service. By helping our client advisors develop their skills through regular training, you’ll support them in acquiring the expertise needed to provide our clients with outstanding comprehensive financial advice.Ce que tu accomplis
- You conduct sales and consulting simulations, provide detailed feedback, and implement development measures
- You facilitate and lead training sessions for small groups, and you conduct practical interview simulations ("training lab")
Ce que tu apportes
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Adult education
- Bachelor's degree (university/university of applied sciences)
- Français (Très bonne maîtrise)
- German (Good knowledge)
- English (Good knowledge)
