Trainer/coach, "Training Lab"
Banque Migros is seeking a "Training Lab" Trainer/Coach (50% position) to support the development of advisors through regular training sessions and to foster a culture of excellence in customer service. This is a permanent position offering flexible working conditions and the option to work remotely.
Ce que tu accomplis
- Consulting and sales simulations, and their implementation; providing constructive feedback and implementing development measures
- You facilitate and lead training sessions for small groups, and you conduct practical interview simulations ("training lab")
Ce que tu apportes
- At least 5 years of experience in adult education
- Bachelor's degree (university/university of applied sciences)
- Français (très bonne maîtrise)
- German (good knowledge)
- English (good knowledge)
