Trainer/coach, "Training Lab"
Banque Migros is looking for a Training Lab Trainer/Coach (50% position) to train and support experienced advisors in the area of customer advisory services in order to ensure high quality in financial advisory services. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer advisory services and training as an adult educator.

You accomplish:- In consulting/sales simulations, you provide them with qualified feedback and implement development measures.
- You will lead and moderate training sessions for small groups and conduct practice-oriented interview simulations ("training lab").
Requirements
You bring:- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Adult education (adult education trainer certificate FSEA or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree (university/university of applied sciences)
- Français (Très bonne maîtrise)
- German (Good knowledge)
- English (Good knowledge)
