Trainer/coach, "Training Lab"

Overview

With us, you will play an active role in creating a culture of excellence in customer service. By contributing to the development of our customer advisors through regular training, you will support them in acquiring the expertise they need to achieve our goals of excellence in providing comprehensive financial advice to our customers.

Tâches

• Simulations of consulting/sales, their transmission, qualified feedback, and you implement development measures.
• You will lead and moderate training sessions for small groups and conduct practice-oriented simulations ("training lab").

Ce que tu apportes

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Adult education
• Bachelor's degree (university/university of applied sciences)
• Français (Très bonne maîtrise)
• German (Good knowledge)
• English (Good knowledge)
• Sales is your passion and training is second nature to you: you combine experience in customer consulting with the FSEA adult trainer certificate (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of experience.
• You have excellent knowledge of the banking world and your language skills (German/French) enable you to communicate easily with your colleagues, most of whom are based in German-speaking Switzerland.
• A motivated, empathetic, and customer-oriented individual, you are willing to travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland to meet with our employees.
• You know how to work conceptually and you are recognized for it.
