FP&A Analyst, Program/Portfolio Controlling & Data Analytics (m/f/x)

Vos missions

• Develop the FP&A unit's data analytics and reporting capabilities
• Contribute to the development of tools and methods to improve the quality of financial analysis and decision-making
• Design, develop, and refine FP&A and data analytics dashboards
• Automate recurring tasks and reports
• Develop dynamic and "what-if" modeling
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools to speed up certain tasks (automation, exploratory analysis)
• Ensure data reliability, document analytical models, and ensure the reproducibility of analyses
• Contribute to the dissemination of best practices in data and analytics throughout the organization
• Support the economic management of the transformation portfolio in partnership with the Lead Program Controlling
• Developing Business Cases for Transformation Projects
• Model the expected gains and the associated assumptions
• Define the KPIs and the program dashboard
• Monitor the reconciliation process and analyze discrepancies
• Contribute to budget projections and forecast revisions
• Prepare analyses and documentation for the decision-making committees
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of management methods, processes, and tools, ensuring effective governance and high-quality deliverables

Votre profil

• Extensive experience in FP&A and management accounting
• Significant experience in FP&A and financial processes (at least 8 years)
• A total of 5 to 8 years of professional experience
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, business cases, ROI, business partnering, business control, and financial management
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
• University or HES degree in finance, management accounting, economics, or computer science
• Previous experience in program controlling is not required but is a plus, as is experience in the banking or insurance industry
• A strong focus on data and analytics
• Excellent proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Strong skills in advanced Excel and scenario analysis
• Practical experience using artificial intelligence tools applied to FP&A cases
• A strong focus on quality, traceability, and data governance
• Knowledge of Python and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is a plus
• Excellent command of French; good command of English (B2 or C1)
• Ability to take a step back and view an issue objectively; works well in a professional setting, with strengths in independence, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize information
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, while being able to clearly communicate the challenges and financial implications of complex strategic decisions
