Front Arena AMAS Specialist - Market Making 100% (f/m/d)
As a Front Arena AMAS Specialist for Market Making at Julius Baer in Zurich, you will support AMAS-PRIME interactions by analyzing production incidents, optimizing systems, and ensuring quality in an agile environment. This 12-month contract position requires at least five years of experience with AMAS, AFG, and IMS, as well as in-depth knowledge of capital markets and structured products.

Role Description
- As a Front Arena AMAS Specialist - Market Making, you will focus on the AMAS–PRIME interaction to support market making and quoting.
Responsibilities
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents quickly
- Conduct thorough reviews to ensure quality, security, and compliance with architectural standards
- Identify and implement system improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and operational resilience
- Contribute to change and release management processes within an agile (SAFe) delivery framework
- Uphold ethical conduct, risk discipline, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
Your Profile
- A university degree in computer science, financial engineering, financial mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with AMAS, AFG, IMS, and AMAS Interaction with PRIME
- A solid understanding of capital markets, particularly structured products and exchange-traded equity derivatives
- Good knowledge of market making using AMAS and PRIME
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders
- Able to work comfortably under pressure, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
