Front Arena Product Owner
The Julius Baer Group is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the evolution of its Front Arena platforms in the area of global equity and equity derivatives trading. In this role, the Product Owner will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction and implementation of solutions for trading, analysis, and risk management.
Tasks
- Roadmap Definition: Defining and implementing the strategic roadmap for Front Arena analytics, trading, and risk management tools
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with traders, platform managers, quants, risk managers, operations managers, and various other stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Product Development: Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of new features for multiple equity derivatives trading venues
- Project Management and Business Analysis: Support for the redesign and implementation of market-making, trade position management, lifecycle management, risk management, and trade booking systems
- Quality assurance: As the final line of defense in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the tools are fit for purpose, perform effectively, and comply with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience with Front Arena overall and a deep understanding of the key technologies used
- A proven track record in delivering front-office trading or analytical tools
