Front Arena Product Owner
The Julius Baer Group is seeking an experienced Product Owner for the Front Arena platform in Zurich to lead the evolution of the platform for global equities and equity derivatives trading. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience with Front Arena and in-depth knowledge of trading and risk management tools.
Tasks
- Roadmap Definition: Defining and implementing the strategic roadmap for Front Arena analytics, trading, and risk management tools
- Stakeholder Management: Communicating with traders, platform managers, quants, risk managers, operations managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Product Development: Overseeing the implementation of new features for multiple equity derivatives trading venues
- Project Management and Business Analysis: Support for the redesign and implementation of market-making, trade position management, lifecycle management, risk management, and trade booking systems
- Quality Assurance: The final step in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the tools are fit for purpose, perform well, and comply with regulations
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience with Front Arena and a deep understanding of the technologies used
- A proven track record in delivering front-office trading or analytics tools
