Front Arena Product Owner
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner for our Front Arena platform in Zurich to lead the evolution of our trading platforms for global equities and equity derivatives. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience with Front Arena and a deep understanding of trading environments.
Tasks
- Roadmap Definition: Defining and implementing the strategic roadmap for Front Arena Analytics Trading
- Project Management and Business Analysis: Support for the redesign and implementation of market-making, trade position management, lifecycle management, risk management, and trade booking systems
- Quality assurance: The final line of defense in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the tools are fit for purpose, perform well, and comply with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience with Front Arena and a deep understanding of the key technologies used
- Ideally, 5+ years of experience in front-end development or equivalent development experience
- Experience working with agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) and DevOps practices
- Extensive experience working with trading desk staff, ideally 3–5 years of experience in the front, risk, or middle office
- Extensive experience and knowledge of equity and equity derivative products in European and Asian structured products
- A proven track record in delivering front-office trading or analytical tools
