Front Business Manager, Central & Eastern Europe (Full-Time) (f/m/d)
The Front Business Manager for Central & Eastern Europe supports the Market Head in strategic and operational tasks and is responsible for analyzing performance indicators, sales and strategic initiatives, as well as administrative duties. The position offers comprehensive insights into business management and the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders within the bank.
Tasks
The position of Front Business Manager for Central & Eastern Europe involves a wide range of responsibilities, including:- Support financial reporting for the market in close collaboration with the regional finance department, including business and data analysis
- Coordinating the implementation of projects and initiatives while adhering to schedules and quality standards
- Direct support for Market Heads, Group Heads, and Relationship Managers
- Proactive and independent management of routine and ad hoc business management activities and administrative tasks, with accountability and follow-up
- Preparing presentations and status updates for senior management
- Assuming backup responsibilities for broader business management tasks, ensuring continuity during periods of absence or high-pressure situations
- Collaborating and coordinating with various stakeholders within the bank to represent the interests of the market
- Assistance with the organization and execution of internal events and communications within the business unit
Requirements
The following requirements apply to this position:- A proven interest in and experience with financial products, combined with a genuine enthusiasm for private banking services
- Solid understanding of Swiss banking practices and front-office workflows
- Professional proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP systems is a plus
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
