Front KYC Advisory Specialist

Tasks

The role of Front KYC Advisory Specialist involves supporting Private Banking RMs in preparing and maintaining complete and accurate Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and Client Due Diligence (CDD) profiles in accordance with local regulations and internal bank standards.

KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION

- Works closely with RM in preparing comprehensive KYC files and narratives for customer onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger events - Formulates SOW and SOF summaries to ensure clear justifications, plausibility assessments, and traceability - Reviews customer structures (individuals, companies, trusts, foundations) and ensure documentation is complete and compliant with local regulations - Ensure all KYC profiles meet internal quality or compliance standards before submitting for review and approval - Support RMs by providing guidance on CDD requirements and acceptable documentation - Collaborates with RMs to address requests from compliance/uplift teams - Escalates potential AML concerns or documentation gaps to compliance or relevant control functions - Contributes to process improvements and knowledge sharing with the onboarding and KYC team

Requirements

Personnel and social

- Excellent analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to change - Strong personality with a robust ethical compass and consistency in handling challenging situations

Professional and technical

- University degree or equivalent education in banking and/or finance - At least 5 years of professional experience in KYC/CDD, AML, compliance, financial crime remediation, including large-scale remediation or enhancement programs - Strong ability to interact with senior management, build trusted partnerships, provide informed opinions, and present relevant solutions
