Front KYC Advisory Specialist

Tasks

• Collaborate with the RM to create comprehensive KYC files and narratives for client acquisition, periodic reviews, and trigger events
• Drafting SOW and SIF summaries while ensuring clear justifications, plausibility assessments, and traceability
• Reviewing the customer structure (individuals, companies, trusts, foundations) and ensuring that documentation is complete in accordance with local regulations
• Ensuring that all KYC profiles meet internal quality or compliance standards before they are submitted for review and approval
• Supporting RBs by providing guidelines on CDD requirements and acceptable documentation
• Collaboration with the RMS to respond to inquiries from compliance or uplift teams
• Escalate potential AML concerns or gaps in documentation to the Compliance department or relevant contact functions
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the onboarding and KYC team
• Demonstrating appropriate values and behaviors, including, but not limited to, standards of honesty and integrity, diligence and conscientiousness, fair treatment (fair treatment of customers), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• Excellent analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to change
• A strong personality with a solid ethical compass and consistency in overcoming challenges
• Strong analytical and summarization skills
• Ability to work in writing in English; active multilingualism is an asset (Arabic, French, German, Italian, and/or Portuguese)
• Proven and relevant solutions
• Strong technical expertise in KYC risk assessment, SOW/SIF verification, and anti-money laundering standards
• Strong social skills, with the ability to set and prioritize goals and tasks
