Frontend Developer

General description

We are looking for a front-end developer to maintain our current trading platform and have the opportunity to improve and create new libraries and frameworks on which our trading platform is based.

Tasks

• Collaborate on the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions for our financial products and services in cooperation with cross-functional teams.
• Development and maintenance of front-end applications with React, Typescript, and Node.js.
• Integration of various financial systems and third-party services to ensure smooth data flow and interoperability.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with industry best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues across the entire stack, including support for development and production environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.

Professional and technical requirements

• Professional experience in the financial industry.
• Practical experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• In-depth knowledge of current JavaScript frameworks (React/JS) and technologies (Typescript).
• Basic understanding of Unix operating systems and Bash scripts.
• Good code review skills and pride in code quality.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.
• Willingness to work in a global team that has members in Singapore and Switzerland.
