Frontend Engineer (React/Angular/Typescript) 100% (m/f/d)Tasks
- Collaboration in cross-functional teams using agile methods within a DevOps-centric architectural vision
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure front-end solutions align with Julius Baer's overall architectural vision
- Active participation in our software engineering communities, sharing expertise and supporting colleagues
- Delivery of high-quality, maintainable and scalable front-end code that complies with Julius Baer guidelines and standards
Requirements
- Pragmatic, proactive and open-minded with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Proven experience as a frontend engineer with a focus on React, JavaScript and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of frontend architectures, responsive design, and performance optimization
- Experience with TDD, BDD and automated test frameworks (e.g. Jest, React Testing Library)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD
- Willingness to adopt new technologies and support the digital transformation of Julius Baer
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
