Frontend Developer / IT Specialist (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Helping to ensure the secure and stable operation of the central customer infrastructure (servers, databases, applications, etc.)
• Operation and maintenance of various Citrix Virtual Apps / Desktop environments (latest version)
• Administration of the VMware ESX Server Farm
• Setup, operation and maintenance of private & hybrid cloud solutions, in particular Microsoft Azure incl. collaboration (Microsoft 365)
• Collaboration in projects (assumption of technical project or sub-project management possible)
• Assist in ensuring the completion of tasks related to patch, clone, and release management for existing platforms and systems
• Creation of installation & operating instructions

Requirements

• Completed computer science training or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a Systems & Cloud Engineer in a Windows Server environment, as well as expertise in several of the following areas: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 / 2019, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure Cloud, GPO, DNS, DHCP, virtualization solutions (VMware ESXi), SAN storage systems (FC, iSCSI), Citrix (XenApp, XenDesktop)
• Sound knowledge of the private and hybrid cloud environment (focus on Microsoft Cloud). Specialist certifications for Azure and Microsoft 365 an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English (B2/C1), French an advantage
