Department Overview

• We support a wide range of senior leadership teams in maximizing returns and driving growth across established trading venues and platforms in the global markets at Nomura Securitization Services (NSS), part of Investment Solutions (IS), a division of Nomura Global Markets (GM).
• We promote and facilitate the exchange of new products, services, and methods between the sales and management divisions across the Group's departments.
• Below, we present an overview of our technology offerings, which serve as the foundation for our ongoing innovation and development:
• Execution Strategy and Control Plane: Development of a platform-agnostic smart order routing implementation strategy with strategy components designed to improve liquidity and optimize execution.
• Trade Processing Platform Modernization: Development of a system for trade creation and post-trade processing, with a focus on trade events and transaction lifecycles.
• Trade Operations Innovations/Envisioning: Digitization of trades and process automation using modern technologies to develop future products.
• Product Systems Support: Support for the creation and management of platforms used to deliver products (e.g., Nomura Option).
