- Produce robust software output from source code that meets defined performance and security criteria
- Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with coding standards
- Perform system integration tests, diagnose errors and promote continuous improvement of software robustness and efficiency
- Use the latest development methods to innovate and improve the software delivery process
- Contribute to architectural and systemic design decisions to ensure scalability, reliability and maintainability
- Mentor junior engineers, share software engineering best practices and domain knowledge
Requirements
- Dedication to producing clean, efficient and maintainable code with a focus on robust software design
- Experience in backend and frontend programming languages and deep understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Proven knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and best practices
- Ability to lead and develop software engineering standards and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
