Full-Stack Software Engineer - .NET Angular - 100% (permanent)
Julius Baer is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer (100%, permanent) in Milan who specializes in developing modern front-end and back-end solutions using Angular, .NET, and AWS. The role involves designing responsive user interfaces, scaling microservices, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Tasks
- Responsibility for the design, development, and testing of software modules, while ensuring architectural functionality and the integration of modern concepts
- Focus on dynamic and innovative front-end technologies to enhance the user experience
- Design and implementation of interactive, responsive, and seamless user interfaces
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Conducting code reviews and mentoring developers on best practices in software development
- Help scale our ecosystem of microservices and headless APIs to deliver a better user experience and ensure the scalability of our applications
- Development and optimization of database solutions while ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability
- Development and maintenance of RESTful APIs and backend services
- Support for CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration
- Monitoring and resolving production issues while ensuring the stability and performance of applications
- Provision of Cost Estimates
- Continuous improvement of software quality through testing, automation, and engineering best practices
Requirements
- Extensive, multi-year experience in short-, medium-, and long-term availability using AWS and the Angular framework
- Experience with Node.js and technologies such as Elasticsearch
- Experience with communication and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience in designing an ecosystem based on Spring/Spring Boot
- Experience with message brokers and event-driven architecture
- Experience with Redis
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
