Fund Accountant (m/f/d) 80% -100% | Fund Management | Zurich | Experienced professional

Tasks

• Carrying out plausibility checks and inspections, as well as in-depth clarifications and issuing approvals
• Checking and preparing the financial statements (annual/semi-annual) of the funds and AST products, as well as ensuring their mathematical and technical correctness, and checking points with the auditors and specialist departments
• Defining technical requirements for new developments and changes for the attention of IT and providing support for technical approvals
• Monitoring of security lending, variation margin and stamp duty transactions, as well as processing and forwarding of any corrections to the specialist departments
• Organization and coordination, as well as support in projects such as fund launches (incl. AST products), restructurings, associations, etc.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or comparable training
• Experience in the preparation and/or auditing of financial statements and annual reports, ideally in an auditing or fiduciary environment
• Knowledge of securities administration, fund controlling or financial accounting (an advantage)
• High IT affinity and proficient handling of modern information technologies
• Quick comprehension and analytical skills
• A conscientious, precise and fast-paced way of working and a pronounced awareness of quality
• Flexible, team-oriented and resilient personality with a high degree of solution orientation
