Julius Baer is seeking a full-time, experienced product development and fund structuring professional (m/f/d) to be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative investment fund solutions. The ideal candidate will have an academic education in a relevant field and several years of experience in the financial industry.
Job description
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end fund structuring and implementation, product innovation for mutual and alternative funds, covering legal, tax, operational, compliance, and distribution aspects
- Partner with top-tier asset and wealth managers to launch cutting-edge investment funds across asset classes
- Drive product development, conduct market benchmarking, pricing analysis, and support manager due diligence
- Deliver high-impact projects, from concept to launch, for new funds and product enhancements
- Collaborate with sales, portfolio managers, risk, and marketing teams to strengthen our client offering
- Provide expert input on fund documentation, marketing content, and strategic initiatives
- Deliver projects related to new and fund change projects
- Advise on the strategic and technical content of marketing materials/website production produced by Marketing
- Prepare and review fund data for integration into pre and after-sales materials such as PRIIP KIDs, factsheets, full portfolio holdings report, EET, and other reports
Requirements
- Academic excellence in law, finance, economics, or related field
- 6-10 years in financial services, ideally at an international asset or wealth manager
- Proven expertise in fund structuring, product development, and investment, middle office fund operations, including derivatives
- Mastery of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
