Tasks

* Strategic Reporting for Management: Developing and maintaining high-quality management summaries and KPIs for internal decision-makers. You will transform raw data into clear, professional insights * Fund Data Governance: Monitoring the entire lifecycle of fund data across the Julius Baer product lineup * Universe Maintenance: Ensuring that the fund universe is maintained accurately in our systems to guarantee that all data points regarding our global partners are up-to-date and accurate * Interaction with Fund Providers: Collecting, reviewing, and approving fund-related information from global asset managers and external data providers

Your profile

We are looking for a data-driven specialist who thrives in a high-precision environment and enjoys the “behind-the-scenes” success of the fund business. * Industry knowledge: Direct experience in fund banking is required. You have a solid foundation in fund business operations and fund data structures * Data and reporting skills: Proven track record in data management and a strong ability to synthesize data * Service-oriented personality: Previous experience in a client-facing role within fund banking is a plus

Technical skills

* Required: Expertise in MS Excel * Advantage: Experience with Tableau and/or Visual Basic (VBA) is a significant plus, especially for automating reporting tasks

* Independent, self-reliant, and highly detail-oriented * You value data accuracy and have excellent communication skills
