Fund Provider Specialist (50–80%) (f/m/d)

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Fund Provider Management team in Zurich to manage the operational backbone of our global fund offering, with a specific focus on fund data management and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Tasks

The tasks include:

• Strategic Reporting for Management: Developing and maintaining high-quality executive summaries and KPIs for internal decision-makers
• Fund Data Governance: Monitoring the entire lifecycle of fund data across our product portfolio
• Fund Universe Maintenance: Ensuring that the fund universe is accurately maintained in our systems to keep all data points regarding our global partners up-to-date and accurate
• Interaction with fund providers: Collecting, verifying, and approving fund-related information from global asset managers and external data providers

Your profile

We are looking for a data-driven specialist who thrives in a high-precision environment and takes pride in the "behind-the-scenes" success of the fund business.

• Industry knowledge: Direct experience in the fund industry is required. You have a solid foundation in fund operations and fund data structures
• Data and reporting skills: Proven track record in data management and strong ability to synthesize data
• Service-oriented personality: Previous experience in a customer service role within the mutual fund industry is a plus

Technical skills

• Required: Expert knowledge of MS Excel
• Advantage: Experience with Tableau and/or Visual Basic (VBA) is a significant plus, especially for automating reporting tasks
