Fund Provider Specialist (50–80%) (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Fund Provider Specialist (50–80%) in Zurich who will be responsible for managing the core operations of the global fund offering, with a focus on fund data management and reporting. The ideal candidate is a data-driven specialist with experience in the fund industry and strong skills in data management and reporting.
Tasks
* **Strategic Reporting for Management**: Developing and maintaining management summaries and KPIs for internal decision-makers. You will transform raw data into clear, professional insights * **Fund Data Governance**: Monitoring the entire lifecycle of fund data across the Julius Baer product range * **Universe Maintenance**: Ensuring that the fund universe is maintained accurately in our systems to ensure that all data points regarding our global partners are current and accurate * **Interaction with Fund Providers**: Collecting, reviewing, and approving fund-related information received from global asset managers and external data providersYour profiles
We are looking for a data-driven specialist who thrives in a highly precise environment and takes pride in the "behind-the-scenes" success of the fund business. * **Industry knowledge**: Direct experience in the fund industry is required. You bring a solid foundation in fund business operations and fund data structures * **Data and reporting skills**: Demonstrable success in data management and a strong ability to synthesize data * **Service-oriented personality**: Previous experience in a client-facing role within the fund industry is a plusTechnical skills
* **Required**: Expertise in MS Excel * **Preferred**: Experience with Tableau and/or Visual Basic (VBA) is a significant plus, especially for automating reporting tasksWe offer
