At CA Indosuez Gestion, the Fund Selection Department is responsible for selecting, reviewing, and monitoring open-ended funds and ETI products for Indosuez’s Wealth Management clients. Tasks

• Allocation and Distribution of Public Funds for Wealth Management Clients in France
• Definition of investment universes / mid-cap companies in line with the needs expressed by the sales teams and portfolio reviews
• A tailored response to the needs expressed by customers and prospects
• Contribution to the drafting of internal and client-facing business documents
• Presentation of ETI strategies and funds to investment teams
• Liaison with the Strategic Allocation teams
• Selection and Monitoring of Public Funds Within an International Team
• Management of a portfolio of extreme positions with specialization by asset class (quantitative monitoring and in-depth analysis)
• Receipt and processing of subscription and redemption orders
• Analysis and preparation of standardized reports on fund flows and outstanding balances (quantitative and qualitative analysis)

Active participation in monitoring and industry-specific fund selection committees

• Monitoring (slow and fast indicators) of funds and assets under management (AUM, fundraising trends, etc.)
• Monitoring of leading and lagging indicators

Digital & Artificial Intelligence

Contribution to the development of digital tools for disseminating information about the collections

Candidate criteria

• Minimum level of education: Bac +5 / M2 and above
• Education / Specialization: You hold a master’s degree in finance, economics, or business administration (5 years of higher education)
• Experience: You have significant experience in wealth management and/or financial intermediation. You have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a fund selection role.

Compétences recherchées

• Proficiency in digital tools and financial databases (Morningside, Bloomberg, AI tools)
• Languages: English (C1)
