FUNDS SPECIALIST

About the role

We are looking for a Fund Specialist to join our Market Risk team. This role requires an individual with good knowledge of investment funds and their modern risk framework, knowledge of relevant regulations is an advantage, analytical skills and a proactive and solution-oriented attitude. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues in the branches and head office.

Tasks

• Supporting the risk team in developing and maintaining a robust framework for fund-related activities
• Analysis of data with regard to fund performance and risk profile
• Obtaining required input data and performing required enrichments, data transformation on input data
• Conducting due diligence including financial and operational analysis and industry research on funds in investments
• Supporting internal and external stakeholders in the preparation of reports to management
• Monitoring policies and processes and adapting them as required, performing analytical activities to identify and implement business requirements
• Support applications, including working with IT teams, resolving issues and providing documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
• Experience in the financial industry of at least 2 to 3 years in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of investment funds
• Basic knowledge of derivative instruments
• Experience in working with databases, including SQL, Refinitiv, Bloomberg
