Overview

• FX and Precious Metals Sales Specialist

Tasks

• Develop and execute customized sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing relationships with Julius Baer's client base, including intermediaries, family offices and high net worth individuals, as well as Direct Access Clients (DAC)
• Provision of expert market analysis, research and recommendations on OTC products on foreign exchange and precious metals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DACs to ensure they receive exceptional service and support, including timely execution, competitive pricing and customized solutions
• Work with internal stakeholders, including commercial, research and marketing teams, to stay informed of market trends, product developments and competitor activity
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, utilize industry events, conferences and networking activities to expand customer base
• Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements, market developments and industry trends to ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations
• Work closely with the trading desk to ensure smooth execution of client orders and provide feedback on market conditions and client needs

Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in foreign exchange and/or precious metals sales, preferably in a similar role within a bank or financial institution, with a focus on OTC products
• Strong understanding of OTC foreign exchange and precious metals markets, including market dynamics, products and trading strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
