Tasks
- Actively participate and support Program Increment (PI) planning process within Markets
- Capture, specify and document business requirements
- Analyze, configure, test, implement and document functional changes
- Participate in necessary analysis and implementation of business logic
- Discuss requirements and solutions with business owners and stakeholders
- Test & onboard new functionalities and bug fixes
- Coordinate and conduct functional testing of new functionalities
- Accompany end-users during SIT and UAT
- Continuously drive and improve the platform

- Support and troubleshoot issues raised by business users ranging from market data, static data, P&L and risk
- Investigation of STP failures
- Support for new reference data setup (currency pairs, portfolios, generators, archiving groups, etc.)
- Investigation of trade life cycle events
- Troubleshooting of end of day processes and batch resolution queries
- End of day reports maintenance. (typically business driven, alteration of query conditions)
- Support simulation tool issues. (e.g. PnL, and Greeks discrepancies, risk matrices setup, PnL explain, etc.).
- Availability one weekend per month for production deployments
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Linux operating systems, database & SQL related queries (Oracle, Sybase)
- Profound technical & business functional experience of various FX modules in Murex (MX3.1), life cycle events, simulation/lifecycle, P&L and risks
- Good experience on design & configuration of Pre-trades rules
- Knowledge on Murex Datamart reporting & Murex Limit Controller "MLC"
- Able to work autonomously in a global team setup to take on initiative with a positive attitude
- Solution oriented and able to work in an agile setup & strong analytical skills, able to specify and document requirements
- Able to quickly troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness to contribute to both analytical tasks and performing hands-on implementation and testing tasks
- Prior working experience with requirement gathering and user acceptance testing
- Highly motivated blended with a team player spirit
- Fluent in English, written formal and orally German (would be an advantage)
