FX PB Client Services Associate

As an FX Prime Brokerage Client Services Associate, you will: * Sit within our Prime Brokerage Client Services team and be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external clients * Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of client accounts * Provide proactive and high-quality customer service and customer experience, with a strong focus on personal and professional development In your new role, you will be responsible for front-to-back coverage for assigned prime brokerage clients, leading client onboarding and managing all daily transactions, including booking, exception monitoring, and reconciliation. In addition, you will monitor the utilization of client limits and increases where necessary. We also expect you to: * Escalate high-risk issues that negatively impact the client relationship or potential bank risk * Regularly review client processes and structures and provide regular updates to sales and management on potential issues, efficiencies, and changes * Coordinate onboarding processes across our legal, credit, collateral, sales, and product departmentsRequirements
We are looking for someone with strong analytical and numerical skills and experience in the finance or banking industry. Ideally, you will have experience in a customer-facing role. You will also need: * A good understanding of FX products, including cash FX, vanilla options, and exotic options * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment * Strong communication skills * A keen eye for detail * Solid planning and organizational skillsWhat we offer
The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000–$130,000 per year at the start of employment. This is not a guarantee of compensation. Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary based on skills, experience, education, certifications, and location.
