Your challenge

• Client Coverage & Revenue Growth: Partner with relationship managers and investment advisors to identify and implement tailored FX solutions, including spot, forwards, options, and structured products. Promote cross-selling of FX and portfolio management solutions to expand client portfolios.
• Regional Product Expertise: Adapting highly compelling retail ideas from Switzerland and Asia into locally relevant, compliant solutions. Presenting market-driven product recommendations in regional morning meetings and management forums.
• Market Intelligence & Innovation: Providing actionable feedback to GPS leadership on regional trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape. Identifying opportunities for new structures (e.g., gold-backed, Sharia-compliant) and digital trading enhancements, in close collaboration with local stakeholders.
• Thought Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Providing market insights and training to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualifications (CFA, CAIA, FRM) highly desirable.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in FX sales, trading, or advisory roles within private banking or wealth management, preferably with experience dealing with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Deep understanding of cash FX, OTC derivatives (simple and structured), precious metals (especially gold), and FX structured notes.
• Proven track record of generating FX revenue in a client-focused advisory setting.
• Experience in GCC markets or serving these markets preferred; familiarity with local regulations (e.g., SCA guidelines) and cultural nuances strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Bloomberg, Reuters, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluent English; Arabic skills are an advantage.
