FX & Precious Metals Specialist

Tasks

The primary tasks include:

• Generating and growing revenue by developing innovative product ideas and designing customized hedging, investment, and liquidity strategies using FX instruments
• Ensuring the fast and accurate execution of FX orders while managing operational risks
• Providing high-quality service to the bank's Direct Access Clients (DACs) and delivering market insights as needed
• Collaborating with relationship managers and investment advisors to meet clients' foreign exchange and precious metals needs

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:

• 7–10 years of experience in FX sales, trading, or advisory services in private banking/wealth management, preferably with experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients
• In-depth understanding of spot FX, OTC derivatives (vanilla and structured), precious metals, and structured FX bonds
• Proven track record of generating FX revenue in a client advisory setting
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; business-level Mandarin would be a plus
• Strong business acumen, a keen sense of business, and a broad understanding of financial markets and products
