Tasks

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients in French-speaking Switzerland by identifying their needs in terms of currency and interest rate hedging.
• Proactively offering customized protection solutions for customers
• Identify and exploit new business opportunities in the foreign exchange, interest rate, and derivatives markets
• Promote a positive company culture through high-quality customer service within the framework of company policies and the work environment
• Participate in promoting our solutions and tools (e.g., the e-FOREX platform)

Requirements

• University degree or advanced training in banking
• At least 5 years of experience in FX and interest rate sales, ideally at a bank or financial institution with a focus on corporate clients
• Excellent knowledge of foreign exchange instruments (spot, forward, options) and interest rate instruments (IRS, caps, floors), as well as hedging solutions
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to build relationships of trust, perseverance, and independence
• Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English or German (both spoken and written)
