FX Sales Representative

Your role

Are you passionate about financial markets? Do you have a knack for numbers and enjoy interacting with clients? We are looking for someone like you to:

• research, identify, and build relationships with banks, asset managers, central banks, and hedge funds
• Manage clients, initiate and/or establish contacts to identify potential leads
• Identify and evaluate sales initiatives to achieve personal KPIs and support team success
• Negotiate contracts with the legal department, in consultation with the credit, compliance, operations, and trading teams
• Identify customer needs and offer relevant retail solutions
• Develop sales opportunities and offer a range of FX and precious metals solutions to clients in the form of linear, derivative, and structured products
• work closely with the trading team to optimize customer relationships and monitor the sales process
• respond proactively to inquiries from external clients and internal asset management departments
• Conduct trading in foreign currencies and precious metals, including derivative products

Your expertise

• At least 7 years of experience in FX/FPM
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Swiss institutional market for FX/FPM and macro products
• extensive experience in the FX/FPM OTC sector
• Business Development and Relationship Management
• Knowledge of contract law
• self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work independently
• a strong team player who is able to work well with others
• Fluent in German and English
• an agile approach to work and a willingness to take on new challenges
